AUDIT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, FOR ABITAT
The work programs of 2 buildings were audited: Tower and Central Plant, it was detected that the level of detail of the programs was not adequate for effective control, we also found links and durations of activities were not correct to arrive at the required delivery date; a program was made with P6 by levels exporting part of the program in MS Project to Primavera P6 adding logical links. Observations of the construction processes were also made in order to mitigate delays and investigate potential delays in subsequent activities.

PGO participated in Phases 2.0 and 2.5 of the expansion of the Compañía Cervecera de Coahuila (CCC) belonging to Constellation Brands in the municipality of Nava, this has 300 hectares in Nava, Coahuila. Currently 25 million hectoliters of beer are produced each year and stage 3.0 is under construction that will increase production to 30 million beer per day. The project had an investment of 2 billion dollars that would be equivalent to building 3 car manufacturers. Our task was to create the Master Program of the project, as well as then to carry out the work progress.
